Porsche Design Tower
The Porsche Design Tower Miami is the first residential real estate project of Porsche combining the distinctive and distinguishing features of the brand: functional design, technical innovation, forward-thinking and iconic style. The 60-story tower features an automated car lift system to bring residents and their vehicles up from street level – a first-of-its-kind engineering challenge that required special attention to noise and vibration control. Sound transmission between the residential units was also of critical concern in this luxury high-rise residential development.
